Saving the Ming
by 柯柯乘风破浪
In 1627 AD, the Ming Dynasty was only 17 years away from its collapse and the shattering of its territory. The once glorious Ming, which had attracted tribute from all nations, was stumbling towards a historical turning point. The Jianzhou Jurchens in Liaodong were at their peak; the chieftains in the southwest were restless; the Mongol cavalry south of the Gobi still dreamed of restoring the glory of the Mongol Empire; even the high officials in Beijing were scheming against each other. The crumbling edifice was imminent, but at this moment, a soul from the future traveled back in time to inhabit Zhu Youjian, who had not yet ascended the throne. Faced with a succession of internal and external troubles, Zhu Youjian decided to take action. The sun and moon, the mountains and rivers shall endure forever; the Ming Dynasty shall endure forever!
