Starting with a Disaster: Making Waves in the Great Zhou

In the twelfth year of Yongchang of the Great Zhou dynasty, the empire is declining and feudal lords rise. Zhou Yan, a modern engineering PhD, unexpectedly transmigrates into Zhou Yin, the most despised and exiled seventh prince of the Great Zhou Empire. His fief is considered a barbaric death ground by the court. In despair, Zhou Yin activates the 'Civilization Construction System'.
