In ancient times, the Heavenly Dao decreed that the 36 Heavenly Spirits and 72 Earthly Fiends, originally righteous gods of heaven, would descend to the mortal world to become pillars of the state and protectors of the people. An ancient divine turtle was ordered to descend, taking 108 steps to guard the true nature of these stars, keeping them free from corruption and confusion. However, fate could not withstand human greed. When the turtle was at its weakest during tribulation, it was cruelly attacked by villains, its golden core shattered, and its body transformed into Turtle Mountain at the foot of Mount Liang. The protective star array collapsed, and the complete destiny was left incomplete. The originally noble celestial stars, after falling into the mortal world, were tainted by corruption, forced by chaotic times, and eventually became outlaws, gathering at Liangshan Marsh. Their lives were tragic and beyond their control, all because of that ancient turtle's tragedy. The world only knows the heroes of Liangshan, but behind the Water Margin lies a true destiny sealed by heaven and buried by time. Turtle Mountain is silent, but a lament has begun—a rewritten fate will eventually see the light of day.
