Zhending Storms

Set in Zhending Prefecture, this story revolves around Guo Shengtong, Liu Xiu, and their son Liu Qiang. It begins with the establishment of a revolutionary base in the region. For the sake of a 'political marriage,' King Liu Yang of Zhending contributed a hundred thousand troops to assist Liu Xiu in restoring the Han dynasty, earning great merit. Moreover, Guo Shengtong, understanding the greater good, ceded the empress throne to Yin Lihua, winning widespread acclaim. Later, the eldest son Liu Hai (Liu Qiang's Dharma name), embodying the spirit of dedication, harmony, tolerance, and concession, willingly abdicated the throne to his younger brother Liu Zhuang, spreading benevolence to all beings. The story twists and turns, eulogizing positive social energy through gentle narration, allowing this family to thrive in mutual affection and harmony.
