Ode to Comrades

In the first year of Jinghe of the Great Yin dynasty, regional warlords were in revolt, the northern Jie tribes invaded from the south, and the court was entangled in endless struggles between eunuchs and aristocratic clans. Hua Ye, an orphan from Xiazhou, lost his father to the blades of the Jie people and was raised by his mentor to cultivate a forbearing disposition.
