Set in the gray zone of Kowloon Walled City and its surrounding areas, this is a lawless land and a battlefield of crime and desire. On the surface, it's the shadow of a prosperous city, but underneath, it's a chessboard for various forces (traditional gangs, emerging criminal syndicates, mysterious international organizations). Qin Lie, a former special forces king burdened with a tarnished reputation, must walk a tightrope between his identity as a 'thug' and his mission as a 'hunter'. Externally, he faces brutal purges by gang families and assassinations from mysterious organizations; internally, he endures misunderstandings from comrades and the torment of his own beliefs. The main storyline revolves around how he uses violence to fight violence, rising from the bottom to the top to uncover the truth behind a failed mission. Qin Lie, codename 'Fang', is a former special forces captain. Cold and ruthless, he excels in combat and tactical reconnaissance. Now a down-and-out thug on the streets of Kowloon Walled City, his appearance is decadent, but he is a blade hidden in a rusty sheath.
