Perfect Era: The Recorder

In 3026 AD, 500 years after Earth's 'Reset Event,' the ecosystem has restarted in an eerie 'perfect' state—all species coexist harmoniously, the climate is constant and mild, and natural disasters have vanished. But this 'perfection' is a lie: the entire Earth is controlled by an unknown force called 'Perfect Will,' and all biological behaviors are pre-programmed. Surviving humans have been reduced to 'Recorders,' living in observation stations, taking 'Calming Pills' to maintain emotional stability, with the sole mission of logging observations into the 'Eternal Archive.' The protagonist, Lin Zhao, is an ordinary recorder who, during an observation, discovers a 0.3-millimeter data deviation, leading him to question the 'perfection.' He secretly reduces his medication, gradually regaining emotions and perception, and in an underground chamber discovers a network of anomalies, learning that the 'Reset Event' was humanity's own choice. Facing pursuit by the Overseers and the threat of 'reset,' Lin Zhao evolves from a compliant prisoner to an awakened rebel, ultimately leading humanity to seek its own path in the eternal oscillation between 'freedom' and 'order.'
