In the near future, Blue Star civilization runs smoothly, unaware that micro-space fissures are quietly emerging in many places around the world. In his previous life, humanity was caught off guard by a sudden apocalypse, and before the authorities could identify the source, they were completely defeated. Within a few years, Blue Star became a wasteland overrun by zombies, with survivors barely clinging to life. In the seventeenth year of the apocalypse, Gu Bei, an eighth-level space user, was on the verge of breaking through to the ninth level when he was ambushed by a ninth-level zombie king from another world leading four ninth-level minions. He fought fiercely, killing three of them, but ultimately fell due to exhaustion of his trump cards and the weakness period after his breakthrough. Filled with endless hatred and regret, Gu Bei is reborn three months before the apocalypse fully erupts, with his space ability regressed to the first level, and all tragedies yet to occur.
