The Antique Pawnshop

In an ordinary university town, a pawnshop that never opens to the public hides in plain sight. Male college student Lin Yan is an unremarkable student by day, but by night, he is the true owner of the "Lin's Pawnshop." He doesn't handle business—he handles the "things" sealed inside antiques. Blood flowing from a celadon vase, a performer weeping and singing from an old costume, a tattered ledger that turns its own pages... Each antique imprisons an entity that refuses to dissipate. The pawnshop has only one rule: everything pawned comes at a price. Lin Yan thought he had merely inherited a strange shop, until he discovered in a ledger that all the eerie items trace back to one person: his father, who disappeared years ago. Worse, the pawned "things" are returning to the human world one by one. As antiques begin to bleed and memories start to devour, Lin Yan realizes: he is not dealing with eerie objects. He is maintaining the "seal balance" that keeps this world from collapsing. And he himself is part of it.
