Hidden Fire in Green Stream

Set in Qingxi County at the intersection of Zhejiang, Fujian, and Jiangxi provinces in 1931, the story follows journalist Feng Minghan who accidentally uncovers a Japanese spy ring plotting to map military terrain and abduct women. Revolutionary party members, including police deputy section chief Gu Yanqiu (codename 'Qingfeng') and nurse Su Wanli (codename 'Baiwei'), form the 'Deep Flame' action group. They maneuver amid warlord Lu Chengyue's tacit approval and suspicion, ultimately exposing the truth and rescuing compatriots, but are forced to leave the city in sorrow. In the isolated world of chaos, hidden fire burns eternal.
