This is a parallel world highly similar to Earth, named Blue Star. The Indian Federation on Blue Star is also a populous, culturally diverse, and socially complex country. It has modern metropolises and traditional slums, advanced IT industries, and ancient religious traditions. In this world, the status of animals differs from the real world. Due to a mysterious psychic tide a hundred years ago, some animals gained the possibility of sentient awakening, and India, with its unique culture and ecological environment, became one of the regions where this awakening is most likely to occur.
