Zhuge Liang, I've Taken Chang'an for You

A Han Chinese scientist, Liu Xinghe, travels back to the Two Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties period after his anti-neutrino device self-destructs. Using Bashu as his base, he develops infrastructure, promotes technology, fights the Five Barbarians, and saves the Han Chinese, completing the journey to Chang'an that Zhuge Liang never finished. His army reaches the Western Roman Empire, Arabia, and Japan, restoring honor and dignity to the Han people.
