Mirror Project
by 墨守成隐
In 2030, Evelyn is kidnapped in Geneva and her consciousness is extracted. Three months later, Russian agent Anna appears in Washington as Evelyn, stealing quantum keys for the Black Tower. The stakes are her sister's life, and the time limit is a 90-day countdown on a chip. David sees through Anna and chooses to ally with the substitute. The two trace to Siberia and discover that Evelyn's consciousness is imprisoned in the quantum network, becoming the core of the "Quantum Ghost" AI. The Black Tower's leader "Zero" turns out to be David's discarded clone. As global finance collapses, Anna must complete a final cooperation with Evelyn before the chip reaches zero: upload Evelyn and Zero together to the quantum cloud to dismantle the Quantum Ghost from within. The cost is Evelyn's disappearance and the failure of Anna's biological carrier. In the end, Evelyn wakes up in Anna's body, while Anna wanders the quantum network as a digital ghost. David stands at Arlington Cemetery and receives an encrypted message on his phone: "Don't look for me, I'm watching you. —A" Triple twists, dual narrative, triple emotions—a quantum game about identity and choice. — Description from novelcodex.org
