Ethan was done with his normal life. His dad bound to a wheelchair. His mom dead. His career in shambles. And his girlfriend is off to discover herself. That is, until a company known as Wealth of the Mind (W.O.T.M) decides to give him an offer. To end life in the real world, he's come to view it with nothing but apathy. To put is conciousness into a world of his own choosing, a hyper-advanced simulation. A world he can modify to his desire before he jumps in headfirst. He takes up the offer and chooses his world: the Realm of Enlightenment. A world straight out of all of the Murim and Xianxia novels he'd ever read. But that was just it in its base form. He could still modify it as he wanted. He could even modify his own body within the world he would delve into. The only issue is that he may have gotten a bit carried away with making himself the 'main character'. For this, he had to plunge the world into a mix of perverse desire and several calamities happening at once. But he can't change his decisions now, not even when he realizes how truly real this world is. But he's the main character. He can handle it, right?
