Don’t Remember Me

“Before I die… I want to see them, just once.” Rosé had been told she had barely a year left to live. Facing her impending death, she clung to a single wish. The ones she had been forced to let go of with her own hands. The man she loved. And their child, who must be all grown up by now. On the journey she took to find them, Rosé finally came face to face with him. “…You really have forgotten me, haven’t you?” It was the first time she had seen him in five years—since the day she turned her back on him after he lost his memory. * At first, she seemed like nothing more than a frail, wretched woman, clearly worn down by illness. She was the savior who had rescued his daughter’s life, and simply the child’s maid. “Yet, why do I keep finding my eyes drawn to her?” Her green eyes, brimming with tears that seemed ready to spill at any moment, pierced through to his heart. Just what did this woman, Rosé, mean to him? “What on earth am I missing?” * “Yes, it was you. It was always you. How… how could I have forgotten you?” Rosé had accepted their final parting as death drew near. It was only then that Haven remembered his wife—only after she had quietly slipped away. …And now, it was his turn to find her. — Description from novelcodex.orgFull novel: Don’t Remember Me — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org
