Frontier Lord

Dias, the main character, is an orphan-turned-war hero thanks to his contributions to a war that lasted twenty years. As a reward, the king granted him a piece of land on the outskirts of the kingdom — the most remote place possible. He was tasked to be the lord governing this frontier. When he arrived, he found nothing but grassland. No food or shelter, let alone people. He stood there, not knowing what to do. Can Dias succeed in his task? Can he even find a way to survive in this empty wilderness? Set in a world of swords and magic, this is the story of how the inexperienced lord of the frontier meets and conquers adversity. 領民0人スタートの辺境領主様 Ryoumin zero-nin sutaato no henkyou ryoushu-sama Frontier Lord Starts Out With a Population of 0 — Description from novelcodex.orgFull novel: Frontier Lord — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org
