Genshin Impact: The Fool’s Delusion

The story begins one year after Pierro, the Jester, brought him back to Snezhnaya. During an experiment, Il Dottore accidentally awakens a despairing memory of the future: Teyvat will eventually crumble, and no matter how desperately he tries, he cannot stop it. He watches countless consciousnesses dissolve into cosmic dust, endures in solitude, and in the end everything is utterly annihilated. Refusing to be bound by fate, he chooses to shoulder the burden alone. In order to overturn this hopeless destiny, Dottore secretly forges a pocket watch that can traverse time. Carrying an unknown authority, he embarks on a solitary, irreversible struggle that no one else will ever know. Dottore hides in the shadows, schemes outside the flow of time, and keeps a delicate balance with his fellow Harbingers, all for the sake of finding a single, slender thread of hope within the coming destruction. Even if the cost is his own eternal slumber, he will not hesitate, so long as it keeps everyone else safe. This is the delusion of a Fool, and the redemption of the Doctor. When the silver-haired, utterly exhausted Dottore collapses in the main laboratory (surface level), and the final protocol brings the witness Pierro to his side, can this lonely fight against fate alter the end that has already been written? Friendly reminder: This story contains no pairings. The plot focuses primarily on Dottore and Pierro; their relationship is that of mentor and friend, as close as family. The next most present character is Sandrone (a bickering but entertaining dynamic).—Raw: 原神之愚人妄念Author: 榄烯 — Description from novelcodex.orgFull novel: Genshin Impact: The Fool’s Delusion — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org
