Vale lived for one purpose: to kill the demon that slaughtered his family. He succeeded, but it cost him his life. Death, however, was not the end. Faced with oblivion, Vale accepts a second chance through a contract. But this new life doesn't come without a cost. His fate is switched for that of someone else. He just doesn't know it yet.
