Lore 2: The Hero No One Wanted

Ten years after she ended the Fae War, Nott just wants to be left alone. She is 25, mute, married, and tired. The goddess in her head is quiet. Her wife Errin runs their tavern, The Nocturne's Call. The world has traded magic for steam and gears. For the first time in her life, the wolfkin hero who was called monster is allowed to rest. Then the Iguanakin start replacing kings, the old prophecies break open, and black drops of nothing begin hunting people in the streets, erasing them so completely even their families forget their names. To stop the Forgotten Mother Void from unmaking Lore, Nott will have to pick up her mother's axes again and become the very thing she has spent a decade trying not to be. And this time, victory will demand more than her life.
