Arxet is an urchin, a thief, and a rat bastard. Abandoned by his noble parents at a young age for the taint of cold magic upon his brow he has struggled to survive every day of his life and been abused and neglected by the greater world. All of this is about to change as an ancient dragon and her rider choose him for a new destiny: to become a dragon. This is a trans egg story. In the first handful of chapters the protagonist does not realize she is a trans woman and the narration will treat her as a man until her transition begins.
