Max is a troubled individual, struggling through life without really knowing what they're doing or where they're going. Then, they meet Victoria, someone as attracted to weirdness as she is attractive to it. Victoria is interesting, fun and wonderful and she makes Max feel things. They also meet Penny, an alien Symbiote that binds to their nervous system. Penny is weird, young and full of questions, and as a little bonus, gives Max superpowers.
