Pokemon Livestreaming : Wait, the Streamer Is Actually Cynthia?!
by OPlovers11
Felix finds himself transported to the Pokémon world, where he somehow ends up as the owner of a very unusual internet café. There are no hourly fees, no membership charges, and no need to pay for the computers at all. There is only one rule: anyone who wants to play has to livestream their session. The catch? Those livestreams are broadcast to an entirely different world! And so, two weeks later, on Earth, a certain channel titled “Sinnoh Champion Cynthia” has already developed a surprisingly devoted following. Cynthia takes a slow breath and, for the twenty-eighth time, patiently tries to explain herself. “Everyone, I’m serious. This really isn’t… cosplay. I actually am Cynthia.” The chat immediately floods the screen. [Here we go again. Daily identity verification attempt #2 of 1.] [Okay, but you have to admit she’s insanely committed. I’ve been watching for two weeks. She doesn’t just look exactly like Cynthia—she stays in character every second of every stream. Respect.] [Then explain how you managed to spend an ENTIRE DAY stuck on one Gym in Ultra Emerald! You expect me to believe the real Cynthia is this bad at Pokémon?!] [Streamer, if you’re really Cynthia, then can you… ]And unfortunately for Cynthia, no matter how many times she tells them the truth, her viewers remain completely convinced that she is simply the most dedicated Cynthia cosplayer on the internet. Meanwhile, as more Trainers enter Felix’s mysterious internet café and begin livestreaming to Earth, the line between the Pokémon world and the viewers watching from the other side grows stranger by the day. — Description from novelcodex.org
