Reincarnated as the Strongest Dragon

In a distant world where magic and monsters coexist, Luna, once a human, has been reincarnated as a dragon and has now witnessed thousands of years passing by. Circumstances have made her one of the few, or perhaps the only, dragon alive. This has led her to live a life of solitude, sleeping away the years. When humans began populating the lands, her curiosity caused her to take human form and travel to see the world time and time again before returning to her slumber. A chance encounter disrupted her sleep, leading her to decide that it was time to venture outside again. Will this be just like all the other times?
