Terminal Fantasy

I was enjoying the NEET life, filling most of my days with gaming, anime, mangas and novels. One day, some asshole on an internet forum convinced me to try reading books in real life. Little did I know that this decision would end up costing me more than I could imagine. Now, thrown into an unknown world filled with gods, monsters and magic, where hidden danger could await behind every corner,  I must fight for my survival. Through blood, sweat and tears, sparing not a shred of effort, taking any risk necessary, I will crawl and claw my way through this world. I will get stronger; I will find a way to remove my curses; No matter what it takes… 🗐 starting after the first dozen chapters). The story is a slow-burn at start, but the pacing picks up greatly as it goes. (but not "grim darkness for grimdarkness's sake"). 🖽 An (very few things have exact numbers). 🗺 A full of secrets, wonders, and countless factions and powers, ( 🗹 over “what the plot needs right now” or “what I’d have hoped to see next”, for better or worse. I do strive to find balance between pacing and consistent event progression. The world won't be purposely cruel to the MC, but it is a cruel world. Scenes may “fade to black” or be simply alluded to, but they'll still be right behind the corner.
