The Last Player Of Eternal Realm
by Haryinke_ZB
"Ryan, have you heard about the Eternal Realm?" Ryan looked up from his laptop. "The VR game?" Daniel grinned. "Not just a VR game. The VR game. Everyone is playing it." "And why are you telling me?" "Because I'm taking you with me." Ryan shook his head. "Daniel, I'm studying Computer Science. I don't have time to spend my nights fighting monsters." Daniel laughed. "That's exactly what someone who has never played a real VRMMO would say." Ryan glanced at him. "What makes this one different?" Daniel's smile faded slightly. "Everything." Ryan frowned. "Everything?" "The world doesn't stop when you log out. The NPCs continue living. Kingdoms have their own politics. Monsters have territories. Players can build guilds, conquer dungeons and change the world." Ryan stared at him for a moment. "You're seriously asking me to enter that?" "I'm asking you to try it once." Ryan sighed. "Fine. Once." Daniel's grin returned. "You'll thank me later." Neither of them knew that Ryan's first login would uncover something that should never have appeared inside the game. Because the Eternal Realm had been waiting for him. And somewhere inside that world, something already knew his name. "Welcome to Eternal Realm, Player." "Ryan... why does the system say your information cannot be identified?" — Description from novelcodex.org
