The Morning Star:Chains of the Deep

1712. The Caribbean. Kofi Brook spent sixty-seven years building a ship, and he hated what it was used for. Filled with regret and guilt, he watched the ship he built with his own hands become a weapon. When the sea takes him, something ancient reaches back. A compass out of Davy Jones’ Locker gives Kofi a second chance at life. He wakes at twenty-three, and this time, he remembers everything that’s coming. Kofi spends weeks planning in secret, and when the moment comes, he takes it. With a stolen ship beneath his feet, a bounty grows on his head, and a Navy captain’s obsession sharpens with every rumor that he’s alive. Around his neck hangs a compass that everyone, from Royal officers to the legendary Kings and Queen of the pirate seas, would kill to possess. Now Kofi is building the greatest fleet and territory the Caribbean has ever seen, so that no one can ever stand in his way again. — Description from novelcodex.orgFull novel: The Morning Star:Chains of the Deep — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org
