Transmigrating into a Post-Apocalyptic Novel with Two Male Leads as a Pure and Innocent Girl
by 幾多歧意
Bai An’an suddenly transmigrates into a post-apocalyptic novel. Fortunately, she has read the book before, so she knows the general direction of the story. Unfortunately, she only skimmed the synopsis and a few highly rated comments, leaving her with almost no useful knowledge of the actual plot. Even worse, she discovers that she has transmigrated into a character who shares her exact name, Bai An’an. In this kind of apocalypse story, female characters are usually either vicious supporting villains or disposable cannon fodder. Then she remembers a particularly memorable comment from a reader: “When is that Bai girl finally going to be written out? The part where she drugged them made me furious.” Bai An’an immediately realizes that the commenter may have been talking about her character. If so, she has inherited the role of the vicious female antagonist, a character destined to offend the two male protagonists and eventually meet a miserable end. With the apocalypse approaching, two male protagonists at the center of the story, supernatural powers emerging, and a villainous female character already marked for death, Bai An’an sees almost no chance of survival. What she does not know is that this will not be a story about an invincible heroine effortlessly changing the plot. Instead, she will have to grow step by step, make her own choices, and survive in a world where kindness does not always bring rewards and where being good does not mean blindly sacrificing herself for others. Her journey begins with one simple realization: She has entered the worst possible story with the worst possible role. And all she can do is curse the heavens for treating her so badly. “God, I swear I’ll never call you Grandpa again. You clearly never treated me like your favorite granddaughter.” — Description from novelcodex.org
