Dave was a homeless man who was trying to get back on his feet when a voice started speaking to him, claiming to be a system that allowed Dave to create magical girls. Dave didn’t believe the voice until it turned him into a stuffed animal. However, the voice claims that it can’t turn him back into being human again. Whether it can or can’t isn’t something that Dave can tell. The only possible way that Dave eventually concludes he can become human again is by training magical girls. Which he has no idea how to go about doing in the first place, as he barely knows how to create them. Nor does it help when the voice takes off on him, claiming that he’d completed the ‘tutorial’ and no longer needed the voice’s help.
