Late Encounter in Southern Yunnan

Chen Ye, who has settled in Wenshan, southern Yunnan, and works in a state-level unit doing targeted poverty alleviation, has put aside his musical ideals for half a lifetime. In late autumn, he meets Su Wan, a fallen recluse. Amidst the smoke of three meals and travels through mountains and rivers, two scarred individuals warm each other and fall in love. However, the disparity in their circumstances is too great. After a brief encounter, they part ways, each facing the rest of their lives with composure.
